Rolling an Ingot into Square Wire
With the use of a rolling mill, Andrew Berry shows you how to make a cast ingot into square wire.
Using the ingot cast in the last video Andrew uses a rolling mill to to aid the shaping of the ingot into square wire. By rolling the ingot and then annealing it he is able to use scrap silver, that would otherwise be sent off to the refiners, to be reused into useable material.
