A lot of problems can be solved by clearing out the Cache and Temp files from your browser.

Before you ask for tech support, please can you clear the cache and temp files first and then log back in. If this does not solve the problem then please fill in the form below.

Delete temporary files in Internet Explorer

Open Internet Options by clicking the Tools in the top Menu, then clicking Internet Options. Under the Browsing History heading click Delete. Then tick Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and Website Data and Form Data.

Click the Delete button.
